Marc and the folks at Echo bay are very consumer orientated. They have a very attentive service and parts department. Coming from a retail consumer industry I can truly say these guys are GREAT.... Stop by and check them out if you are looking for a new Toon or Ski Boat.!

I have had such a wonderful experience with Echo Bay. My first boat was serviced by this marina for three years. The service was outstanding and the repairs were justified and reasonable. They get to know their customers personally. It is an impressive operation. After having my first boat for three years, my children and I decided that it would be beneficial to upgrade to a boat that would allow them to participate in water sports. We purchased our Master Craft from Echo Bay and have had an amazing first season with this boat. From finding the boat, to working with Bart on delivery and all of the sales details, to working with Jen on the financing, to talking with the owner Mark about how the boat operates to working out small details with Rob in service, the experience has been phenomenal. I am so grateful that this is the marina that we purchased our boat from. This group is family oriented and understanding and as a single mother, this is very important. I highly recommend purchasing a boat and servicing a boat from this marina.

We would just like to commend Marc, Bart and the Entire Staff at Echo Bay for yet another seamless and exciting transaction. Eight years ago we purchased a used boat and this year we were able to purchase a new boat. The attention to detail and seamless purchase is more than we could ask for. The staff at Echo Bay goes above and beyond to make your experience wonderful.

"Our purchase experience while buying a used boat from Echo Bay was fantastic! Could not have asked for better nor an easier transaction from Jo, Bart, and Marc. There was one issue with the boat, which they agreed to fit on the spot. They had to send me parts which by another companies error were incorrect. They got me the correct parts, paid to have me send back the wrong parts and did it all in less than a week including shipping time. Echo Bay needs more than a 5 star rating. I have spent way more on a boat and gotten way less. I wish they were closer to my home in upstate NY!"

"Just got my first boat last year from a friend that was an Echo purchace. It was a Sanpan fe2500 w/a 80hp. They got me a slip, Gave me a guy to show me and my family the lake and how to drive and dock it, Hooked us up with tube and life jackets and this was all on the 4th of July weekend. Trading it in on another one they have this 4th of july and Marc and the guys are the ONLY people I would even consider dealing with. I also have a jetski there and they got me in last minute. I have my Yamaha Sx230 docked at Echo Bay Marina. This is the first year I have had my boat docked at a marina and I will never trailer it again. They are great and go out of their way to make everything enjoyable. The store and gas prices are what you would expect to pay and not over-inflated. I know I made the right choice by using Echo Bay.
